- Expérience confirmée en relation client dans un centre de service
- Connaissances en maintenance des systèmes d’informations
- Bon niveau de communication
- Capacité d’écoute et bonnes compétences interpersonnelles
- Rapidité de traitement et de prise en charge et une bonne organisation
- Certification Linux RED HAT est appréciée
Missions:
Au sein d’une équipe support professionnelle Multilingues ; vous aurez la responsabilité de :
- Assurer un suivi des différents serveurs et dossiers en cours
- Garantir le traitement des demandes des utilisateurs via des outils de monitoring et des courriels.
- Effectuer un diagnostic approfondi et troubleshouting sur WINSERVER – UNIX et LINUX.
- Escalader la demande dans les délais vers le centre compétent pour prise en charge et résolution
- Maintenir le dialogue entre les différents niveaux de soutien
- Contribuer à améliorer les services et à respecter les engagements contractuels et les règles de sécurité
