CSM GIAS société leader dans la fabrication des ingrédients de pâtisserie et boulangerie recrute un(e) responsable marketing chargé d'une large catégorie de produits.
Le poste est basé à son usine à Bouargoub.
Description du poste:
• Analyser les besoins du marché et les attentes du consommateur.
• Lancer en collaboration avec le service développement les nouveaux produits qui répondent aux besoins du marché.
• Développer la stratégie de la Catégorie/ Marque/ produit pour stimuler la croissance des ventes et de la rentabilité : Cible à atteindre, positionnement du produit sur le marché (en termes de prix, de qualité, d’image, etc.), choix du circuit de distribution, définition de la stratégie de communication, création de l’argumentaire de vente et du packaging… .
• Préparer le budget marketing de la catégorie et suivre son exécution.
• S’assurer de l’exécution de la stratégie et du plan marketing.
• Assister la force commerciale dans la promotion des nouveaux produits.
• Planifier et exécuter les activations marketing de la catégorie (actions marketing, promotions, animations des ventes etc)
• Se déplacer sur les marchés local et export aussi souvent que nécessaire pour la réalisation des actions marketing et les études de marché.
• Analyser les ventes et les actions marketing et préparer les reportings pour les direction marketing et direction générale.
Qualifications
Bac + 4/5 d’une Ecole Supérieure de gestion (option marketing), ou Master en Marketing.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et fortes compétences analytiques
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement avec des partenaires internes et externes.
• Connaissances techniques en :
• Mix-marketing
• Graphisme
• Statistiques, analyse des données
• Informatique (outils de base office, BI, et outils de gestion)
• La maitrise de la langue anglaise est indispensable
• Des connaissances "culinaires" seront un plus !
• Expérience : min 3 ans dans un poste similaire en Agroalimentaire.
