This is a part-time position, with a commitment of 2-3 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Manage and create content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) that is consistent with our brand voice and image.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and improve overall performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure we remain relevant and competitive in the market.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and email marketing tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for food and cultural diversity is a plus.
