Job Purpose/Role Description:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. 

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual and automated testing

Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs

Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience

Document test cases

Record test progress and results

Code automated tests

Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness

Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing

Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes

Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements and ensure consistent project execution

Maintain the help desk, offer technical support to customers and work closely with the development team to meet customer expectations

Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts

Identify key KPIs for product quality
