Description du poste:
- Assurer le sourcing et attirer les meilleurs talents, en identifiant notamment les supports et canaux de sourcing adaptés : annonces, job-boards, réseaux sociaux, forums/salons, cooptation.
- Piloter de manière proactive les processus de recrutement des candidats. (rédaction et publication des annonces, analyses des profils, entretiens RH, planification des entretiens avec les opérationnels, formalisation et communication de l'offre)
- Développer et animer votre vivier de candidats.
- Développer une relation de partenaire avec les opérationnels des différentes Business Units pour lesquels vous opérerez.
- Garantir une expérience candidat qualitative.
Qualifications:
- Rigueur et capacité d'organisation
- Sens du service
- Expérience dans le recrutement sinon s'abstenir .
- Aisance relationnelle
- Très bonne capacité oral et écrite en français
- Anglais courant
