Nous recherchons un(e) responsable coupe textile pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique et innovante. En tant que responsable coupe textile, vous serez responsable de la production de pièces de haute qualité dans un environnement de fabrication de pointe. Vous devrez superviser une équipe de coupeurs et travailler en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de conception pour vous assurer que tous les produits sont coupés avec précision et efficacité.
Responsabilités :
✔ Diriger et motiver une équipe de coupeurs pour produire des produits de haute qualité dans les délais impartis.
✔ Collaborer avec notre équipe de conception pour assurer que les matériaux sont utilisés efficacement et que les produits sont coupés avec précision.
✔ Gérer les calendriers de production pour répondre aux exigences des clients tout en respectant les délais de livraison.
✔ Gérer les stocks de matières premières et les niveaux de stock afin de minimiser les pertes et les coûts.
Exigences :
☑ Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'une équipe de production textile.
☑ Connaissance approfondie des processus de coupe et des matériaux.
☑ Capacité à travailler sous pression tout en maintenant des normes élevées de qualité et de précision.
