Afin de soutenir la croissance de Cloud Temple, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur de Production H/F pour rejoindre nos équipes.
Votre mission :
- Diagnostiquer, résoudre et analyser les incidents (N2+ et N3) ;
- Participer à des projets de migration ou d’intégration ;
- Rédiger des documentations techniques (DAT, DEX) ;
- Apporter sa capacité de réflexion et d’analyse sur des architectures moyennes à complexes ;
- Être force de proposition pour améliorer la qualité du service rendu.
- Aider à quantifier la charge des projets ;
- Savoir conseiller un interlocuteur technique ou non sur les éléments d’un SI ;
- Pouvoir retranscrire un besoin fonctionnel en architecture technique ;
- Fournir un accompagnement ou une formation sur des actions récurrentes ;
- Mener des actions visant à industrialiser, homogénéiser et automatiser les actes (ou actions) récurrentes ;
- Garantir les performances SI de nos clients ;
- Préconiser des choix techniques.
Compétences techniques attendues :
- Microsoft : Active Directory, WSUS, DNS Windows, Sharepoint, Messagerie, PKI
- Open Source : Redhat, Ubuntu, CentOS, Apache, Postfix, OpenLDAP
- Virtualisation : VMware, Hyper-V, VSphere, KVM
- Réseau & Sécurité : Firewall Fortinet, Proxy et Reverse Proxy, antivirus (Kaspersky, McAfee, Sophos..)
- Scripting : PowerShell, Bash, Shell, Python
- Base de données : SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL fortement apprécié
- Automatisation : Puppet, Terraform, Chef ou Ansible
- Containérisation : Docker, Kubernetes
- Cloud Public : connaissance requise d’Azure, AWS ou Google Cloud
Profil :
De formation supérieure (BAC+4/5), issu(e) d’une école d’ingénieur, ou équivalent, vous disposez d’une expérience technique réussie au sein d’une entreprise de services du numérique, si possible dans un contexte d’infogérance.
