Primary Responsibilities:

- Develop and demonstrate strong Microsoft Dynamics product skills. 

- Develop and demonstrate strong functional skills in areas affected by our applications (e.g., accounting, sales force automation, Customer Service).

- Demonstrate ability to perform requirements, develop design specification documents and perform tasks such as configuration, testing, data manipulation and documentation. 

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and an ability to resolve application issues. 

- Develop basic understanding of the client/server technical environment, associated concepts and MSSQL databases.

Education, Experience and Qualities:

- High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or higher preferred.

- Dynamics 365 business process flow configuration

- Workflow development

- Understanding of roles and security framework

- Capable to do logical mapping of customer’s requirements into functional specifications

- Good understanding of business processes and data migration through data entities

- Good experience in requirement gathering, workshops, presentation, and application demo

- Good in project documentation – FRD, FDD, User Guides, Fit-Gap etc.

- Functional solution design for customization – process, report and integration

- Experience in end-to-end project implementation, various phases of project lifecycle

- Dynamics 365 CRM certifications
