Brindar soporte técnico de nivel 1 a clientes hispanohablantes mediante los diferentes canales (Phone, mail, chat...)

Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias informáticas.

Escalar problemas complejos al siguiente nivel.

Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente

Perfil requerido:

Nivel alto de español (mínimo B2/C1).

Conocimientos en informática y redes.

Buen nivel de inglés o francés.

Buenas habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con los colegas para alcanzar los objetivos.
