Job Description

At LABS, we don’t just help students get into university—we help them grow into who they want to become. As a Counselor/Student Success Advisor, you’ll be the trusted guide in that journey—supporting students and families through some of their biggest educational decisions with insight, care, and strategy.

Your Role

You will:

• Conduct one-on-one meetings to help students define realistic study plans (destinations, majors, university lists, timelines).
• Assess academic and personal profiles to identify strengths, gaps, and missing skills.
• Design and lead workshops to guide students on topics like applications, career exploration, and academic planning.
• Write one engaging and informative blog article per month.
• Help standardize and continuously improve our counseling workflows and destination guidance process.
• Be responsible for creating, documenting, and optimizing the student journey at LABS.

• A natural or trained understanding of adolescent and parent psychology.
• Excellent research and fact-checking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• A background in coaching, education, or youth mentorship.
• Deep knowledge of global admission systems and scholarship opportunities.
